**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process orders and returns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of art, sports, or entertainment industries
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $18.79-$23.71 per hour
