We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our teams in Edmonton and Spruce Grove.

**Here’s What You’ll Get to Do**:

- You will be the first face to greet clients that come into Parkland, we are looking for someone who can do that with a smile and enjoys working with seniors and their families.
- Provide support to clients by answering questions, directing calls, and mitigating their concerns
- Input client order and other data into various platforms such as our online database
- Work with the internal departments and other colleagues to meet client needs
- Work effectively independently as well as with a team
- Update files, scan paperwork, and perform administrative tasks

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

**Employment Details**:

- Salary: $16-19.50 per hour depending on experience
- 1 day a week at an alternate work location may be required to help with team coverage
