**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Automotive Customer Care Representative** to join our Gateway location. If you have 2-3 years of automotive industry experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you As an Automotive Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting the shop's daily operations. You’ll be our customers' first point of contact, and your expertise and communication skills will set the tone for their entire visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Duties:_
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, repair status, and parts availability.
- Schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and maintain up-to-date estimates and schedules.
- Process customer payments and ensure proper record-keeping for all transactions.
- Manage customer files, ensuring all paperwork is filed appropriately.
- Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and the service team.
- Assist with checking in and checking out vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
- Operational Duties:_
- Support the service team with daily production needs.
- Assist with various tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair services and industry practices.
- Excellent customer service experience, with a clear focus on communication and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid and clean Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
