**Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our small but thriving medspa and naturopathic clinic in a dual-role capacity as Clinic Manager and Front Desk. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, friendly, and enjoys providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations while also being the welcoming face of our clinic for clients and patients.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive mindset, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for clients by greeting, checking in, and checking out guests, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using clinic software.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly.
- Manage clinic inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with upholding clinic policies, procedures, and a high standard of service.
- Provide occasional support in marketing efforts, including social media or promotional campaigns.
- Foster a positive environment for both clients and staff.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medspa, naturopathic clinic, or similar client-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with booking software and administrative systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
