Whether you are a seasoned clinician or new grad, we help you plan your certification and (new) programs to sharpen and add new skills to your clinical tool-kit. As clinicians our learning never ends.

As a new grad you can also take advantage of our Direct Mentorship Program. The Direct Mentorship Program is on-going until you feel like a clinician superstar.

Your clinical mentorship roadmap, learn from our combined 60 years of experience
- You will meet regularly with a dedicated clinical mentor
- Practice new and advance techniques to build and sharpen your skills
- Course and certification planning and roadmap
- Get help to build a full caseload and maintain it
- How to create a treatment plan and keep patients committed to it so they graduate and achieve their goals

**Required Competencies**:

- Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC
- Passionate about working with kids and their families
- Enjoys being creative and thinking outside the box to make therapy exciting and effective for kids
- Excited to implement a current paediatric skillset at PlayWorks and/or open to learning the ropes of being a paediatric therapist

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $91,019.00-$99,465.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week

Additional pay:
