**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions, lunch and learns, webinars, etc.
- Draft memos, disciplinary letters, offers of employment, employment confirmation letters, etc.
- Provide assistance and support to managers and supervisors regarding employee and labour relations matters.
- Assist in conducting employee investigations.
- Assist in the development and roll out of new Human Resources initiatives and programs.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects including the HRIS implementation.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Human Resources diploma/certificate or relevant work experience
- CHRP is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A great attitude, a willingness to learn and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently with the right intuition
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
