This role involves a mix of leadership, creativity, and execution, designed for someone who loves results and thrives on building connections. **Key Responsibilities** - Social Media Strategy & Management: Create scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan, post, and analyze to keep our audience engaged and our brand top-of-mind. - Google My Business (GMB): Manage and optimize our GMB profile, ensuring stellar reviews, accurate information, and consistent updates to dominate local search results. - Door-to-Door Marketing Management: Lead and inspire a field marketing team to execute effective D2D campaigns. Own scripts, tracking, and strategies to drive leads. - Cold Calling: Be fearless on the phone, connecting with potential clients, building rapport, and turning conversations into appointments. - Campaign Execution: Develop and execute innovative campaigns that align with our vision and drive lead generation. Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the game by analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities to elevate our brand. Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs to ensure we're always leveling up.
