**OUR STORY**

TechInsights is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan for key semiconductor industry segments through a fully digital integrated marketing campaign. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing and deliver projects globally.

You will be responsible for budget management for their dedicated segments and will work with other marketing operations team members in digital production and marketing automation. This position is an onsite role, based out of our office in Ottawa.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Recognize and analyze significant market trends to shape and guide marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain an ongoing content engine to support digital campaigns.
- Select the most appropriate marketing channels for each target segment.
- Ensure that sales and product teams are fully informed and engaged in marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and work across global programs to build and execute integrated marketing programs.
- Manage and coordinate events in our core markets.
- Develop and maintain a marketing plan, ensuring that programs are always on and planned at least two quarters in advance.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting on the success of marketing programs, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
- Use data-driven insights to make adjustments to the marketing plan and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Ensure that sales teams are effectively following up on opportunities created by marketing initiatives.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- A minimum of four to six years of practical experience in marketing.
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in creating and managing budgets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Skillful in tailoring messages and content to meet the specific needs of diverse markets.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic thinking to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- A proven track record of collaborative teamwork and the ability to foster productive working relationships.
