**ACCOUNTABILITIES (Major Responsibilities of the Position)**
- Ensures patient confidentiality is maintained
- Demonstrates competence in the preparation and maintenance of equipment, instruments and supplies for surgical cases in compliance with Canadian Operating Room Standards
- As a member of the team, assists in maintenance of optimal level of cleanliness in the O.R.
- Picking instruments and supplies for surgical cases
- Ordering non-stock inventory
- This position is required to provide services at both the Chatham and Wallceburg sites
