- Eligible for registration with CASLPO.
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, or equivalent.
- Experience in working with adult neurogenic and voice populations and experience in videofluoroscopy would be an asset.
- Satisfactory attendance.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES (Major Responsibilities of the Position)**
- Provide identification, diagnosis, remediation and consultation services to adult inpatients and outpatients experiencing voice, neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders.
- Liase with medical staff and members of other professional disciplines, both within this facility and in the community as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide direction and work in conjunction with Communicative Disorders Assistant, Students and Volunteers assigned to the Speech-Language Pathology Department.
- Participate in program planning and inservice training
- Utilize an electronic MIS Workload Measurement System and documentation system
- Travel will be required between Chatham and Wallaceburg
