Camrose Resort Casino seeks a highly motivated and **experienced Restaurant Supervisor**to join our team. As the Restaurant Supervisor/Server, you will oversee all aspects of the operations of Rosie's Kitchen (open for complimentary breakfast buffet offering to all in-house hotel guests 6:30 am daily to 9:30 am Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10:30 am, requires only a breakfast attendant and two attendants on the weekend when needed according to hotel forecast and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Daily for dinner).

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, **including weekends, and holidays.**
- Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures.
- Establishes, maintains, and trains standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions.
- Responsible for responding to and handling guest-related issues about the department.
- Ensures communication with the **Banquet and Manager,** General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
- Manages all aspects of employee performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment.
- Scheduling staff for the Restaurant.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
