**Job Summary**

Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all restaurant guests by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily features. The supervisor shall perform these customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times and ensure that the guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Other responsibilities will include the proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties, and comply with all restaurant policies and procedures. You will be responsible for supervising up to 5 employees maintaining a strong professional relationship with all staff members.

**Job Duties**
- Front of House Scheduling
- Liquor inventory & ordering
- Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner.
- Clean designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements.
- Ensure stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen or other established needs, be they food or equipment.
- Manage staff in a professional manner outlined by ownership and ensure all policies and duties are adhered to at all times.
- Manage all conflicts in a professional non bias manner.
- Be continually aware of, and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Up to date **PRO-SERVE **certificate.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience supervising within a restaurant setting.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times.
- Computer literate, including TouchBistro POS system being an asset.
- Professional appearance and manners.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Servings: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Front of house supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe Certificate (required)
