With increasing customer inquiries and expanding our customer service team, we need an outgoing Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team

**About the Opportunity**

The Social Media and Marketing Specialist works closely with other marketing professionals to develop campaign strategies to promote the company’s brand and products on multiple social media, website platforms, and other marketing sources. You will brainstorm, create, and post content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
- Researching, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
- Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
- Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand’s products, services, etc.)
- Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
- Track and measure the performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.

**Skills Needed**:

- Passion for the vehicles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related (preferred).
- Knowledgeable in project management systems, Canva, and comfortable learning new software programs.
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly
- Ability to provide information on current and previous campaigns, projects, and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Team player and willing to help other team members.
- Ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
