**Job Overview**
We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & IT Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and manage essential IT functions. You'll play an important part in CRM administration, IT coordination, and user support as our company grows and evolves. You will also work closely with a third-party marketing company, supporting content creation and SEO efforts.

**Duties**
- Assist in the creation and gathering of content, images, videos, and written materials for marketing campaigns.
- Arrange interviews, inter-branch conferences and other media events.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage CRM systems and support automation tools.
- Provide IT coordination and support, including troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with network security, and coordinating software/hardware management.
- Offer user support across departments, helping to align marketing and IT efforts with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with a third-party marketing company, supporting content creation and SEO initiatives.
- Stay adaptable and continuously learn as the company grows.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or post graduate diploma in marketing or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of website management (WordPress or other CMS).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be proactive in problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as the company grows.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with IT tools, cloud systems, and project management software.
- Experience with traditional marketing strategies (e.g., print ads, events).

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
