**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**: Configure and maintain the GoHighLevel platform to support marketing automation efforts.
- **Segmentation & Targeting**: Develop audience segments based on customer data and behaviour to ensure targeted and personalized marketing.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements to optimize performance and engagement rates.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Integration**: Ensure seamless integration between **GoHighLevel** and other marketing tools (e.g., social media, analytics, CRM).
- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling messages and materials for automated campaigns.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing automation practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years in marketing automation, preferably with **GoHighLevel**.
- Proven track record of successful automated marketing campaigns.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and data synchronization.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
