Currently, we are in search of a friendly, highly organized and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding and exciting industry among some very talented and hardworking individuals.

This is a part-time position for 4 days per week.

- Ability to oversee and coordinate with vendors and external resources for marketing purposes (designers, printers, web programmers, etc)
- A forward thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Actively participate in and coordinate with outside suppliers on the design, development, and implementation of marketing, communication and promotional strategies for new projects
- Manage details, logistics, and marketing timelines for multiple projects running concurrently including trade shows, conferences and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Coordination of trade show involvement such as space, electrical, backdrops, displays, etc.
- Ensuring our branding is consistent across all platforms (digital, print, traditional, etc.)
- Work closely with key partners on strategic marketing and product initiatives
- Develop, execute and manage new project marketing budgets to minimize costs
- Collaboratively manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as ad campaigns, brochures, print, packaging, events, tradeshow booths, vendor coordination, etc.
- Lead and execute all social media tasks
- Annual coordination of marketing catalogues & brochures
- Work with existing vendors to keep our websites up to date
- Assist in any overflow tasks necessary from the sales and marketing team

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- +2 years of experience in a Marketing, Communications, Event Planning or related role
- Completed formal education in marketing, communications, sales, or related studies
- Graphic design knowledge and skill
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML is an asset, but not required
- Bonus skill: you’ve planned and coordinated several tradeshows and conferences
