**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train retail staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling practices are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain effective communication with upper management regarding store performance and staff needs.
- Organize training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.

**Skills**
- 1 year retail supervisor experience
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient in retail management practices.
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management abilities.
- Background in administrative tasks related to store operations.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

Pay: $36.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
