**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate discounts, totals, and change during transactions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to perform technical sales by understanding product specifications and demonstrating their value to customers.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
- A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products is essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
