**About the Role**:
As the **Summer Camp Administrator**, you will be the **backbone of camp operations**, providing essential administrative support to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll handle camper registrations, communicate with families, support staff, and ensure that all day-to-day camp logistics are managed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Camp Operations & Administration**
- Manage and oversee all **camper registrations, updates, and troubleshooting**.
- Organize and distribute **camp rosters, attendance sheets, and schedules**.
- Maintain **accurate records and documentation** for campers and staff.
- Assist with **camper check-in/check-out procedures**, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Support in executing **camp policies, procedures, and safety protocols**.

**Communication & Family Engagement**
- Be the **first point of contact for camp families**, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Communicate **important updates, schedules, and policies** to parents and guardians.
- Address **concerns or special requests** with empathy and efficiency.

**Staff & Leadership Support**
- Work closely with camp staff to **share important updates and ensure a cohesive team**.
- Model **Camp KidsTown’s core values**, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

**Problem Solving & Crisis Management**
- Recognize when **urgent follow-up is required** with families or staff and escalate concerns promptly.
- Support the Camp Director with **problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emergency procedures**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Administrative & Technical Skills**:

- S**kills** with keen attention to detail.
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills** to engage with families, staff, and campers.
- Ability to **multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Summer Day Camp: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
