**Bingemans **is seeking a **Camping Resort Supervisor **who will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to guests in the Bingemans Camping Resort.

**What will you be doing?**
- Learn and master the smooth operation of a camper reservation system, cash register system and registration program including phone-in reservations.
- Learn and master all opening and closing procedures in the camping area.
- Supervise and participate in the day to day operation of the camping registration area
- Assist the Camping Manager with staff training.
- Ensure that the highest quality customer service is delivered consistently to campers entering the park in terms of effective and efficient registration, clean campgrounds, a clean office and prompt action in regards to complaints or suggestions.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and positive environment for guests in area of responsibility.
- Ensure the consistent adherence of campground rules by campers.
- Working together with promotions to ensure that park information is accurately and effectively communicated and available to guests.
- Act in the Camping Manager’s place during their absence in regards to: complaints, refunds and conflict resolution.
- Abide by and ensure that all staff abide by the policies and guidelines that are defined in the Staff Handbook.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous Campground Experience an asset.
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Well developed customer services skills.
- Organizational skills and decisiveness are a must.
- Staff management an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Standard First Aid Certificate
- ** G2 Driver’s license is required.**:

- Must be available to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous work in a campground or hotel and enrollment in a hospitality and/or tourism program is an asset.
