En tant que Directeur.trice de la Gestion de Produits, tu auras comme mandat de diriger l'initiative stratégique visant à créer une gamme de produits de paiement à la fois pour les clients particuliers et professionnels qui soutiennent une large gamme d'appareils et de partenaires dans le domaine des divertissements. Tu auras à t’assurer de l'idéation et l'innovation pour le domaine des paiements dans le divertissement pour définir une stratégie de paiement holistique en partenariat avec le ou la Directeur.trice des Produits Principaux. Tu auras à transformer cette stratégie en expériences produits de classe mondiale.

- Ton quotidien

Tu vas diriger la recherche sur les tendances de paiement des consommateur.trices et t’assurer que nous comprenons notre gamme de ‘’personas’’ et de cas d'utilisation des consommateur.trices. Tu va collaborer avec des partenaires tiers, y compris les fabricants d'appareils de divertissement et les vendeur.ses de paiement sans espèces, pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux et techniques, créant finalement une plateforme qui facilite la gestion et l'analyse de leur intégration par les participant.es de la plateforme.

- Ton profil

  • 10 ans d'expérience en Gestion de Produits, dont 3+ années axées sur les produits de paiement ou de commerce
  • 3+ années d'expérience en développement commercial, c'est-à-dire la création et la gestion de partenariats avec d'autres entreprises
  • Passion pour générer de la croissance à partir des activités existantes et nouvelles pour obtenir l'adhésion organisationnelle, faciliter et rationaliser le lancement réussi de produits, introduire de nouveaux modèles commerciaux et faire évoluer TouchTunes
  • Capacité à effectuer une analyse de processus interfonctionnelle et à résoudre des problèmes pour les produits nouveaux et existants
  • Expérience en tests A/B, en sondages et en tests utilisateurs pour valider la prise de décision
  • Diplôme de premier cycle, de préférence dans les domaines des affaires, du marketing, de l'économie ou de la technologie
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale

Director, Product Management - Payments Products

- Your mission in the product team

As the Director of Product Management, Payment Products, you will lead the strategic initiative to build a payment product suite for both consumer and business customers that supports a wide range of devices and partners in the amusements space. You will lead ideation and innovation for the amusement payments domain, define a holistic payments strategy in partnership with the Chief Product Officer, and turn that strategy into world-class product experiences.

- Your day-to-day

You will lead research into consumer payment trends and ensure that we understand our range of consumer personas and use cases. You will engage with third-party partners, including amusement device manufacturers and cashless payment venders, to understand their business and technical requirements, ultimately creating a platform that makes it easy for platform participants to manage and analyze their integration.

You will partner with the Business Product lead and the Business Customer Support team to understand and serve the financial reporting needs of operator partners and location owners. You will partner with the Consumer Product lead on the evolution of payment tools in our mobile app, with business analysts to optimize performance, and with engineering to define technical requirements. More broadly, this role will collaborate with senior counterparts in program management and engineering to orchestrate these multi-team deliverables. You will monitor, analyze and report on Payment Products initiatives and performance to key stakeholders and represent Payment Products in company-wide and LT-level meetings.
