Position Summary
The Product Manager's main responsibility is to develop, execute & lead the marketing & sales strategies that will result in the achievement of the short and long-term profit objectives of the assigned brands within the portfolio.

Marketing Director
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead marketing plans including field training and roll out.
- Perform the on time and on budget execution of the tactical business plans in support of product objectives.
- Use influencing skills to align team members and stakeholders with the plan objectives.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- Develop and recommend the marketing plans that will achieve forecasts.
- Translate marketing plans and forecasts into tactical business plans to achieve the financial objectives of the product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
- Develop short and long-term sales and financial forecasts for brands.
- Manage brand financials to deliver on profit commitment.
- Monitor and evaluate market conditions, program execution and sales performance vs. Expectation.
- Gather and maintain up to date information on sales and market share, and information with promotional potential.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or in another field, combined with relevant experience.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communications skills, written and oral, in both French and English.
- Strong understanding of marketing business processes as well as marketing plan development.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies in a competitive market.
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Asset
- MBA
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in the field of transplantation or oncology.
