Corporate Product Manager

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Sales Support**
- Create a high level of confidence with our customers by demonstrating expertise, sense of urgency and reliability
- Product demonstration support for sales teams by assisting with proper machine setup, to ensure a safe and optimal machine performance, with the goal of converting the demonstration into a sale
**Training**
You will provide and monitor training for all new and existing Territory Managers as required including, but not limited to:
- Hands-on product operation training
- Product specific online and/or in-person courses
- Assist with and/or deliver customer training, including product start-ups and new-crew training
**General**
You will work closely with the other Worksite Product Division and Regional management teams to prepare reports in addition to:
- Assist with any branch, division, regional and company initiatives within your area of responsibility
**Required Skills**:
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and has an energetic entrepreneurial outlook
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess a mechanical skill set or inclination
- Must be available to travel as needed within Canada and internationally; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required
Required Experience
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ prior experience in a related field
- Proven experience leading group presentations and product training (both in a classroom format and on a jobsite)
- Must have experience with a construction jobsite environment, working in or servicing them, including:
- Construction cycle
- Project scope type
- Utility line installation/demolition and locating
- Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite
- Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset
