**THE ROLE**:
As Regional Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Operations and be a key member of the GTA West Operations Team. You will provide regional coordination and administrative support to the team in the day-to-day delivery “best in class” property operations.
**_ Please note that the role is a maternity leave contract position lasting approximately 16 months, with possibility of extension or permanent full-time opportunities._**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director, Operations, and the rest of the GTA West region.
- Coordinate various initiatives throughout the region.
- Prepare communications and ensure the smooth and constant flow of information between the entire regional team and various other internal teams.
- Coordinate travel, conference calls, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare and organize various reports and information.
- Coordinate and maintain (with external call centre) the regional database for the Emergency Call Centre.
- Facilitate and distribute all documentation and process forms requiring approval to the appropriate teams.
- Act as an Office Manager for the regional office.
- Manage supplies inventory, including IT equipment, stationery, and business cards for all site offices in the region.
- Occasional reception duties, including answering and dispatching incoming calls and receiving and distributing mail.
- Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Ideally three (3) years of administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably in commercial property management.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- You are service oriented and care about providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within and outside of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to coordinate multiple, competing priorities and deadlines.
- A team-player; willing to step in and lend a hand as needed and you identify the opportunities to do so.
- You have strong computer skills coupled with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
