**Join Our Growing Sales Team - Field Sales Representative**

Green and Clean Home Solutions is a fast-expanding home improvement company proudly serving the Etobicoke and Mississauga areas. Our services include residential and commercial painting, window and eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and staining. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Representative to help us connect with more homeowners and grow our client base.

**Your Role Will Involve**:

- Canvassing door-to-door in target neighborhoods where our name is already recognized.
- Participating in daily team meetings to review sales strategies and progress.
- Using our in-house software to track prospects and organize follow-ups.
- Setting up estimate appointments by identifying qualified leads during outreach.
- Confidently explaining our services and answering common client questions.
- Supporting outreach campaigns and contributing to overall marketing efforts.
- Working toward both personal and team sales goals.
- Attending bi-weekly virtual check-ins to stay aligned with team objectives.
- Taking initiative to build new skills and expand your role over time.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Communicates clearly and positively with potential clients.
- Has prior experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles (preferred, but not required).
- Thrives in both team-based and independent work environments.
- Is highly organized and reliable with excellent time management.
- Embraces feedback and is eager to grow personally and professionally.

**Compensation**: This is a commission-based position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
