Job Title: Strategic Fixed Operations Manager - Auto Repair Shop (Performance-Based)

Location: Hamilton, ON

Compensation: Base salary + Performance-based bonuses

Company Overview

Centennial Tire and Auto Service is a growing automotive repair shop in Hamilton, specializing in servicing used car dealerships and retail customers. We are looking for a Strategic Fixed Operations Manager with dealership experience to optimize shop operations, increase profitability, and expand our business.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with used car dealerships and fleet companies to increase business.

Oversee shop operations, including scheduling, workflow efficiency, and quality control.

Lead and motivate technicians to improve productivity and ensure high-quality service.

Manage labor costs, parts profitability, and upsell opportunities to maximize shop revenue.

Implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase retail business.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor efficiency, parts margins, and profitability.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fixed Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar role in a dealership or high-volume repair shop.

Strong industry connections with dealerships and fleet companies.

Proven ability to grow business and improve operational efficiency.

Experience managing technicians and shop workflow.

Strong financial acumen, including understanding labor costs, parts margins, and sales strategies.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
