What you’ll do
- Manage billing for various product lines and client accounts in Canada/US and the UK
- Prepare, issue, and manage collection of invoices
- Post invoices and payments in the Financial system
- Monitor and follow-up on unpaid invoices on the A/R aging report
- Update and monitor customers' accounts, and file and track the status of invoices
- Interact with customers and other departments to resolve billing issues
- Prepare month-end schedules and adjust entries ensuring revenue recognition criteria
- Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage special projects as they arise
- Process payments of invoices from various sources: ACH, Credit Card, Wire, and Cheques
- Prepare Year-End Customer Revenue breakdown and Deferred Revenue schedules
- Protect the confidential and private information that you may come in to contact with in the course of your work and uphold the ethics and integrity of Xello’s code of conduct
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO and Corporate Controller

What we’re looking for
- Experience with NetSuite Accounting S/W and familiarity with SalesForce CRM
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing A/R and Billing Cycle for a preferably SaaS company
- Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision in a deadline-oriented environment
- Familiarity with both MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work well in both an independent and team environment

**Nice to have (optional)...**:

- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software would be a strong asset
