Customer Experience Specialist

The Job:
- Be an expert in Callia products and demonstrate this knowledge (floral and non-floral) to customers
- Develop and publish best-in-class customer experience responses
- Liaise with production and delivery teams to problem-solve cross-functional issues
- Help lead internal training efforts to support customer functions seasonally
- Analyze and optimize processes and systems, ensuring best customer experience while managing business needs
- Miscellaneous start-up support duties as assigned
- One year experience in hospitality and/or customer service is an asset
- Fluency in French is considered an asset and preferred
- Very personable, with extraordinary customer service skills and genuine empathy, practiced in a professional setting
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Extremely detail-, numbers
- and process-oriented, capable of managing many little details at the same time
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving on the fly
- Positive, dedicated and results-oriented attitude
- Keen learner with desire to make an impact

**✨Compensation**: Full-time, 40 hours per week - hourly with benefits. Monday through Friday with few seasonality changes (just 3 times a year).
**LOCATION**
Our workplace is flexible with a combination of work-from-home and at our office on Dublin Ave in Winnipeg. If another province is home for you, this position will be remote.
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
