Winner Experience Specialist

The Winner Experience Specialist is accountable for ensuring a positive experience for winning ticketholders. They provide superior customer service through educating the players on our processes and ensuring that winners receive their prize in a timely and efficient manner.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Work with customers in person and over the phone to payout winning tickets
- Triage claims according to level of approval review required.
- Collect related ticket purchase and validation information for file preparation.
- Conduct telephone &/or in-person winner interview including explanation of claim process & requirements.
- Accurate documentation of winner interviews.
- Prepare standard documentation from developed templates.
- Log incoming correspondence into the computer system.
- Issue Prize payments.
- General clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Strong self-management skills including prioritization, organization and multi-tasking
- Openness to, and the ability to adapt to change in processes and technologies
