A Day in the Life
As the Consumer Engagement Lead for the Luxe Division, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing data-driven consumer engagement strategies across all activation channels. Reporting to divisional leadership, you’ll drive brand love and business growth by integrating Media, Advocacy & Influence (A&I), Content, and Lifecycle Marketing into a cohesive strategy.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel consumer engagement strategies, including 360 Media plans, A&I initiatives, and KPI frameworks aligned with brand objectives.
- Budget Optimization: Oversee spend allocation across Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to maximize ROI and impact.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand ranking targets.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the consumer engagement team, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation.
We Are Looking For
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and a knack for data-driven decision-making. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Expertise in Advocacy Strategy Design and Media Strategy Design.
- Strong skills in Consumer Lifecycle Management and Digital & Media Performance Management.
- A talent for Strategic Roadmapping and critical thinking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field.
