We are looking for someone who is motivated and driven by goals, excels at the B2B customer experience, and takes initiative when the opportunity arises. **The Opportunity** As a B2B Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing your own B2B pipeline, working an existing pipeline, calling B2B customers and pushing the sale forward, closing deals or setting an appointment for the management team to follow up and close the sale. **What You Will be Doing** - Executive Reach Outs - Prospecting - Closing - Following Up - Appointment setting - Qualifying - Proposal - Negotiation - Market Research - LinkedIn Research - Contact List Building - Database Building - Lead List Building - Prospect List Building - LinkedIn Prospecting - Data Entry - Data Mining and Extraction - Data Extraction & Scrape - Data Collection - Microsoft Excel - Spread Sheets - Facebook links Discovery - Linked in links Discovery - Twitter links Discovery **Required Education, Skills and Qualifications** - Strong team player with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills and the ability to develop - Excellent customer service - Excellent Telephone skills - Strong Objection Handling Skills - Sales Skills - Ability to work under mínimal supervision with a proven track record of reliability - Strong customer service and sales focus - Highly positive attitude with a desire to affect change - Willingness to learn and be open to feedback - Strong interpersonal skills **Billingual Required** - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written - Ability to lead by example and promote teamwork and collaboration - A clear criminal background check will be required SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $40,000.00-$130,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Extended health care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay **Experience**: - Business development: 3 years (preferred) - B2B sales: 3 years (preferred) - Inside sales: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - French (required) - English (required)
