Consumer Centres is a Montreal-based developer that specializes in the acquisition, leasing, management, and development of commercial real estate.
**1.** **Role Summary**
Employment type: Full time; 40 hours per week
**2.** **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Finding contact information of prospective tenants
- Selecting and contacting potential leads
- Showing spaces and negotiating rates and other business/legal terms
- Overseeing the negotiation and review of all lease documentation (i.e., LOIs, Offers to lease, Leases, Renewals and Extensions, Amendments, Expansions, Relocations, Assignments etc.)
- Handling tenant coordination for new and existing tenants and managing tenant build-out.
- Maintaining sales databases and resources
- Networking and establishing/maintaining strong relationships with brokers, tenants and all other players involved in the leasing process.
- Coordinating with our marketing team in Preparing flyers, maintaining websites, and managing various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
**3.** **Requirements and Qualifications**
- College Diploma
- 2+ years of commercial leasing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Must have personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license as some travel will be required.
- Organized, analytical and innovative.
- Hardworking, loyal, independent, and reliable
- Team player
**4.** **Assets**
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
- Commercial Brokerage License
- Graphic Design (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

- Maintenir les bases de données et les ressources de vente
- Réseauter et établir/maintenir de solides relations avec les courtiers, les locataires et tous les autres acteurs impliqués dans le processus de location.
- Coordination avec notre équipe de marketing dans la préparation de dépliants, la maintenance de sites Web et la gestion de diverses plateformes de médias sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
**3.** **Exigences et qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire
- 2+ années d'expérience en location commerciale
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Doit avoir un véhicule personnel et avoir un permis de conduire valide car certains déplacements seront nécessaires.
- Organisé, analytique et innovant.
