**Reports to**:Manager, Partnership Marketing

The Game Night Activation Assistant will work during Canucks and Warriors home games at Rogers Arena to assist the Partnership Marketing team in executing sponsorship promotions. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

- Assisting with various sponsor-related promotions, including contacting and escorting contestants for promotions, taking photos of contestants, touring the arena, and assisting with promotion set up
- Providing support in the office for the Partnership Marketing team by executing contests and managing contest winners
- Assisting the tracking and effectiveness of all sponsorship elements including building set up and delivery, preparing reports for sponsors, etc.
- Assisting with non-game day events like corporate partner skates, fantasy camps, and private practice viewings
- Other duties as required

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a post-secondary marketing program
- Passion for marketing and sponsorship activations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with sponsors and fans
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of and passion for professional hockey is an asset
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required
