At **Three Farmers**, we’re hiring a dependable and motivated **Food Production Operator** to support our **Roasting Line.** As a key member of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in operating and maintaining our roasting equipment, ensuring high product quality, and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

**What will you be doing?**
- Operate roasting equipment
- Follow daily production plans and directions from the Lead Hand/Supervisor - Roasting.
- Ensure all materials are available for the line.
- Complete equipment checks before production and assist with cleaning and inspections after production.
- Monitor product quality and follow food safety and quality standards.
- Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Communicate any equipment issues, material shortages, or production concerns promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Assist with documentation and batch recording as required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to being an active member of a culture of employee and food safety.
- Actively supports risk management activities as it relates to quality, customer, brand, and food safety.
- Support the team with any other projects or duties required to be completed as needed.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate industrial equipment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and working in warm/humid conditions
- A team player mindset with a willingness to take direction and pitch in where needed
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- food production: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
