**Your Role**:
We are the largest mortgage brokerage in Canada, and we are expanding our **Mobile Mortgage Professional** division across the Country. As a brokerage, we have many partners including the big banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders along with alternative and private lenders. We also have our own mortgage lender THINK Financial that is only available to True North Brokers. In a changing mortgage environment, this is key to your success as this will allow you to offer a variety of different solutions at better rates and make more money

We aren’t here to tell you how to operate your business, we want to complement it You probably already have realtor, builder, and professional relationships and know-how to cultivate business. We want to come alongside you and help you grow your business.

**Must Haves**:

- **Track Record** of sales as a Broker, a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, or a Banker
- **Ability** to establish and foster relationships with our clients and assist them in making an informed decision
- **Fast paced environment**, must be able to keep current with changes with lenders and the real estate market
- **History** of delivering an extraordinary experience for your clients with a focus on results
- **Manage multiple** client files and ensure each file closes in a timely manner
- **Knowledge** of mortgage lending and financial products

- **Salary** or **Full Commission** - yes you read that right, unlike other brokers or bank specialists, True North Mortgage will pay you salary and bonus or you can earn full commission.

- **No desk fees for salaried employees, **we pay your licensing and regulatory fees, provide you a cell phone and laptop, and cover appraisal/discharge fees for you
- **Leads -** If this wasn’t enough, we may be able to provide you with leads to supplement your own lead generation.

Support
- You will get access to our **Underwriting Hub** who will handle the paperwork and client communication so there are less administrative hassles for you. You can concentrate on what you do best, selling and making relationships.
- We will do your **payroll **and handle all the admin stuff.
- We will provide you with **your own Landing page** and help you with advertising, marketing, and social media.
- You have **unlimited support** from your manager to assist you with your deals.

Training
- **Training** We have a great training program: Boot Camp. You will meet the True North team (virtually for now) and the team at THINK Financial. You will be fully prepared to take on the world
- **Learning and Development** through seminars and training from our various lenders so you can stay on top of the lending landscape
- Once **Boot Camp** is complete, you will have access to our retail stores, where you will have a place to sign with your clients or have help from our retail store staff.
