**Key Responsibilities**:

- Successfully achieve sales results, while collaborating with 8Twelve partners.
- Provide advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual needs.
- Proactively seek business opportunities and new customers through relationship building within the community and personal network.
- Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice and financial solutions.
- Identify tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of the mortgage business.
- Identify mortgage needs, provide advice and client solutions, determine applicant viability and provide quotes and rates as appropriate.
- Collect standard required financial documentation from clients.
- Perform due diligence on all underwriting-related documentation.
- Create a detailed conditions list from Mortgage Commitment and cross-reference all supporting documents received.
- Correspond with clients and appraisers to ensure efficient workflow to coincide with closing dates.
- Review completed appraisal reports.
- Update the status of each file in the company’s online CRM system
- Prepare Signature and Compliance packages
- Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences

**Skills You Must Have**:

- Mortgage Agent License (required)
- 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-confidence
- Initiative to follow-up with potential customers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

**Hours of Operation**:

- Monday and Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Every other Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (in lieu of a weekday shift)

**What we Offer**:
**Salary **+ **Commission** (**base salary between $45,000 - $60,000 plus commission, income range can be between $100,000 - $150,000)**
