**Muse Cannabis** is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager**for our South Granville location in Vancouver.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including hiring, team building, KPIs and compliance to ensure the store’s success.

We build our team with positive-minded people, each bringing their own skills and talents to a collaborative work culture in order to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations and merchandising needs while ensuring guest experience is first priority.
- Training and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborating with the General Manager regarding ongoing development of team members through coaching, feedback & open communication.
- Build authentic relationships with guests to identify their purpose for using cannabis, guide them in selecting the product that is right for them, and educate them on responsible cannabis use.
- Support the General Manager and assist with coordinating shift activities and fostering positive relationships among the team.
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations such as asking for ID when appropriate.
- Ensure health & safety and cleaning standards are being upheld at all times
- Mediating in situations where a customer has a request or complaint.
- Driving store level KPI's and overall results. Understand sales reports and communicate with the team to identify sales trends and inventory requirements

**Work requirements**:

- Valid Selling it right.
- Working knowledge of Cannabis, a passion for the industry and a willingness to grow your knowledge.
- Retail customer service with at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience in the legal Cannabis industry is an asset.
- Passion for developing people.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$60,000.00 per year
