**Job Role**:
Receptionist - Must be 18+

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Perform opening cash and facility duties.

Perform cash handling duties and transact business.

Accurately count till (s).

Maximize revenue by effectively up-selling.

Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone.

Efficiently fill the day’s racing schedule.

Coordinate group events and perform award ceremonies.

Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by

management.

Ensure that all areas, including restrooms remain clean and safe.

Perform closing duties to clean the facility and prepare for the next day’s operation.

Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

written or oral instructions.

Able to read and interpret documents such as daily checklists, safety rules, operating

and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and respond to questions.

Must have basic mathematical skills.
