**Overview**

**Duties**
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring all items are served at the appropriate temperature and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area during events, including clearing tables and resetting for subsequent courses.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service roles is preferred, with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
