Location: London, Ontario

Position Type: Part-Time Banquet Server

Wage: $17.20 per hour + gratuities

What We're Looking For:

· We're seeking hardworking, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals who take pride in providing exceptional service in an upscale banquet and fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide attentive and professional service to members and guests during private events, weddings, corporate functions, receptions, and fine dining experiences.

· Uphold the highest standards of service etiquette and food & beverage presentation.

· Set up and tear down event spaces including tables, linens, chairs, service stations, buffets, and décor in accordance with event specifications.

· Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

· Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth event execution & guest satisfaction.

· Communicate effectively with the Banquet Manager and event coordinators regarding event timing, guest needs, and service adjustments

· Adapt to various types of functions, including plated meals, buffets, cocktail receptions, and multi-course fine dining

· Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

· Prior experience in events, fine dining or upscale banquet service is an asset

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving during events

· Strong knowledge of customer service principles and a passion for hospitality

· Ability to remain calm, courteous, & professional under pressure & high pace environments

· Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Smart Serve certification
