**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As an ERP Sales and Implementation Consultant, you will be playing a key role in online demonstrations, business requirements analysis and design, training, and frontline support while maintaining an ongoing and proactive relationship with all clients. Traveling within Canada and USA may be required. Typical duties include the following:
Learn about the organization’s products and services, setting targets for their sales department team and ensuring they are met with success, and collaborating with their team members on better sales strategies
- Develop customized demos, responses to RFPs and demo information required during the sales cycle
- Perform product demonstrations to end-users and senior management up to the executive level.
- Manage and assist in the preparation of RFP’s (Request for Proposals), proposals and contracts
- Participate in Trade-shows, User Conferences and Sales Seminars.
- Continue to develop customized versions of Product Presentation and Demonstration.
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Analyze client’s business processes to defined customization requirements or business process re-engineering
- Prepare and coordinate user training resources for end-to-end systems implementations.
- Provide frontline support which includes: respond to client inquires, query and update data in SQL, help ensure system enhancements are developed, tested, deployed and function according to documented and agreed upon requirements
- Maintain productive and positive interpersonal relationship with our support and development teams

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years of ERP software experience (e.g. Sage, AccPac, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- University Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or computer science
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Verbal and written communications skills in French is an asset
- Knowledge and experience working with SQL Server 2019 is an asset
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an asset

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

- ERP systems: 5 years (preferred)
- ERP sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
