**Sage Intacct Implementation**: This role leads the implementation process of Sage Intacct for clients and is the day-to-day contact handling all aspects of the project. This is a “hands on” role with duties that include (but are not limited to):

- Providing consulting, project management support and managing every aspect of the implementation process so that the project is delivered on time, on budget and with the business requirements fully satisfied.
- Working directly with key stakeholders (e.g., Executive Directors, CEO, finance teams and/or end users) perform and gather business requirements, documenting into functional requirements so that there is collective clarity around the statement of work and the solutions that are being delivered through the project.
- Where appropriate, coordinate and/or set up (and configure as necessary) third party integration tools.
- Set up reports and dashboards using Sage Intacct tools and assist with data conversions
- Providing change support including the delivery of training to clients - Providing post-implementation and technical support to Humanity Financial clients on Sage Intacct.
- Research and/or escalate complex software issues to appropriate developers/team members (as appropriate)
- Codify and create standard operating processes to support a consistent approach to implementations, supporting efforts to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.

**Consulting Services**: The Consultant, Accounting Systems is a thought leader and trusted advisor who is constantly seeking to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction and value.
- Provide advice and support to clients (existing and prospective) as they consider different accounting software solutions
- Provide Sage Intacct consulting services
- As appropriate, provide recommendations to Sage on enhancement opportunities

**Client Management**: This role is responsible for client satisfaction as it relate to their implementation and sustainment experience with Sage Intacct. This includes, managing the project and engaging with the client so that the project is delivered on time, on budget, on benefit and within scope, including (but not limited to):

- Onboarding new clients to the project
- Developing, implementing, and managing project plans for assigned projects, developing appropriate strategies to keep team focused, energized and on track to meet the objectives of the project.
- Working with the client, identify any risks and develop mitigating strategies. Address issues as they emerge so that the client experience is enhanced.
- Providing change management support to clients so that the benefit of the technology investment is realized, including but not limited to training, workshops, communications, etc.
- Providing post-implementation Sage Intacct support as necessary
- Creating ‘raving fans’ by becoming the client’s trusted advisor so that there is a strong referral base of business opportunities.

Pay: $135,000.00-$145,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- West Vancouver, BC V7V 1K4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
