**Responsibilities**

- Lead and manage the implementation and customization of ERP systems with a primary focus on accounting and financial modules.
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into ERP system configurations and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of ERP functionality with accounting standards and business needs.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, including system setup, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working with vendors or developers as needed.
- Ensure ERP system compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization to enhance system performance.
- Promote MNP consulting services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes

**Skills and Experience**

- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or other related field
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation and support, particularly in accounting modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience with Sage Intacct is advantageous.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Previous experience designing and leading customer training sessions required
- Experience in problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation and managing client expectations
- Experience in proposal development is ideal
- Some travel may be required
