Here at Hologic, we are seeking a talented **Territory Manager (TM)** to join our **Surgical division** specifically, our **GYN** portfolio in **Winnipeg and Saskatchewan.**

**Knowledge**
- You will have a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and procurement processes.
- You will exemplary commercial acumen enabling you to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders contributing to Hologic’s growth and mission.
- You will understand how to navigate CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts and ensure accurate data.
- You will have the financial acumen to establish and control territory operation budgets.

**Skills**
- We want to see your proven, successful track record in sales/marketing within the healthcare/medical device industry.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical territory sales plans, achieving and exceeding sales forecast objectives.
- Partnering with marketing to create & implement promotional programs for targeted regional customers & decision makers.
- Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in interventional radiology and surgery including delivering impactful presentations to diverse healthcare professionals.

**We do have some minimum expectations to join as a Territory Manager**:

- B.A/B.S from an accredited university or college in Business, Life sciences, or a related field.
- Extensive driving during workdays and occasional evenings, with a valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel overnight (2-3x/week) extensively within the assigned territory.
- Territory covers Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
- Physical capability to lift a 25-pound piece of equipment.
