We’re looking for a Team Administrative Lead to support daily operations, guide administrative processes, and act as a steady, self-aware presence within our growing team. This role goes beyond task support, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly while contributing to a positive, respectful, and culturally agile workplace.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Coordinate and support caregiver and client scheduling, ensuring smooth coverage
- Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic filing systems
- Support onboarding of new employees, including document preparation and orientation materials,
- Provide professional, timely customer support to clients, families, and staff
- Maintain and update Excel trackers, reports, and internal documents
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Act as a team player and point of coordination in an open office environment
- Share responsibility for after-hours calls (rotational)

Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in an administrative, office coordination, or team support role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team
