Position summary

We are looking for dynamic people who like challenges and who have an interest in the culinary arts to fill the positions of assistant cook in our outdoor kitchen (food truck at the mountain).

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation of food (cutting, packaging, portioning, etc.) and in the setting up;
Serve at the hotplate and operate the fryer;
Collaborate in the maintenance of the chalets (floors, tables, garbage cans, bathrooms) and the kitchen (dishes, cleaning);
Ensure an outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly;
Stock the refrigerators, condiments, dishes, etc.;
Take inventory;
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
