**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that our patrons feel welcomed and well taken care of. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We do require all hosts to be 18 years or older with a valid Smart Serve.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Basic phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.
