**Job Overview**

**Qualifications**:

- A university, High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three years experience in the hospitality industry
- experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be perfectly bilingual (both oral and written)
- Strong computer proficiency in Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be a Canadian resident

**Duties**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage outside sales efforts, ensuring effective territory management and customer engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in technology sales.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients while maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to Regional Director of Sales & Marketing/senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
