Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate and manage installer appointments while maintaining an up-to-date front office calendar.
- Manage front desk operations and administrative support tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence.
- Use QuickBooks for basic invoicing, payments, and maintaining financial records (training can be provided).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely client updates.
- Maintain an organized reception and office area.
- Provide customer support, resolve basic queries, and escalate issues when required.
- Keep records of office supplies and assist with procurement when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, office assistant, or administrative role.
- Experience in the windows, doors, or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-focused attitude.
