**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced, upbeat, and dynamic office manager to oversee the daily operations in a fast-paced environment for a medium-sized HVAC company.

This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling (customers & team members) in an organized and logical manner.
- Accurate invoicing (create, send & follow-up)
- Maintain an organized front office area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service for the team and customers.
- Pulling permits, job-cost analysis, payroll, benefits management, and supporting company growth. Encouraged to present your ideas on how to grow and maintain the business in an effective manner.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in HVAC or front desk operations is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and self-sufficient capabilities once trained.
